Responsibilities:- Collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at entertainment events; examine ticket or pass to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color and date issued
- Refuse admittance to patrons without an appropriate ticket or pass, or who are under the influence of a controlled substance
- Direct patrons to their seats
- Assist patrons with directions or event-related questions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must demonstrate a pleasant personality and neat appearance
- Prior customer service experience preferred; training will be provided
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekend and holidays as required
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time, work in all kinds of weather and lift up to 50 lbs
