Greeting guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smiling face.
Scanning tickets and establishing the difference between preferred seating and general admission.
Leading guests to their table with menus and assuring them that a server will be with them shortly.
During shows, we expect that ushers are walking throughout the showroom to make sure there aren't any phones out taking pictures or videos.
If a guest is being loud and/or disruptive, an usher must give a verbal warning first by asking them to please keep it quiet. If the same guest continues, an usher will escort them out of the showroom.
Some light cleaning at the end of the shift.
