As a User Experience Designer at Tiny Home Consulting, you’ll be responsible for leveraging UX research insights, communicating your ideas visually, designing concepts for interactions, understanding, and organizing complexities, promoting modern interaction design patterns and best practices, and working with cross-functional teams to build and test your digital experiences. As a trusted advisor to our clients on their digital experiences, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on their understanding and implementation of design practices. What you will be doing:
- Work directly with clients and developing team to confidently envision and execute design deliverables.
- Create low and high-fidelity prototypes to share with the team and clients across all desktop and mobile platforms
- Share knowledge and learning with the team and contribute to system architecture design decisions
- Interface with BA, Development, QA, and DevOps teams
What you need for the job
- 2+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer
- Strong understanding of the user-centered design process
- Familiarity with a variety of media to deliver prototypes, including mobile apps and websites/web applications
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and/or Sketch
- User research and usability testing experience
- Demonstrated leadership and authority over design process
- Expert understanding of design fundamentals: typography, layout, proportion, and balance
- Testing experience (A/B, CI/CD, etc.)
Bonus points for these!
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Design (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, UX, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product)
- Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,151.00 - $125,298.00 per year
