Pay: $18/hr plus bonus potential. Average monthly pay with bonus expected to be $6000 or up.

All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year. Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.

Available benefit options include medical, dental, vision, Health Savings account, Flexible Spending account, basic and voluntary life insurance, and short- & long-term disability. Benefit eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plan. Additionally, the Company offers a competitive 401k plan to assist employees with future retirement and financial planning.
Paid Holidays:Hannah Motor Company offers 2 paid holidays per year to Used Car Buyer subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Responsibilities:

  • Works with interested private party sellers through email, phone, text, or other communications as approved by company communications policies.
  • Sets appointments to facilitate vehicle purchases including communicating with service department for mechanical pre-inspection prior to final purchase offer.
  • Respond to private party inquiries on selling their vehicles sourced through various Internet sources.
  • Maintain accurate customer notes through the customer XRM system.
  • Maintains and provides accurate updated appointment scheduling and purchase records.
  • Work with Service / reconditioning agents to process vehicle appraisal appointments in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).
  • Public relations skills. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
  • Skill and ability to meet people and listen
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Mental ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions.
  • Ability to actively participate in team oriented process.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • Skill and ability to sell and/or negotiate.
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
  • Understand the value of new and used vehicles
  • Complete understanding of sales process
  • Ability to learn automotive specific programs
