Graphic Design & Creative Summer 2024 Internships
The Summer 2024 Internship Program is a full-time opportunity from June 17th to August 9th, 2024. Interns will have the opportunity to do project-based work, participate in professional development workshops, learn about the CAA corporate culture, and discuss the Entertainment, Sports and Media industry. All internships are paid employment opportunities. Interns are responsible for their own transportation and housing.
Basketball works with professional and prospective athletes in developing branding, sponsorship, endorsement deals. This intern may be involved in creating decks, presentations, visuals, graphics, social media campaigns, and NIL related projects.
Skills and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a skilled Graphic Designer, professional, motivated, quick-thinking and open to working in an environment where they are capable of assisting in an array of Graphic Design projects. The individual should be flexible, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task. They should possess a strong interest in marketing, sponsorships, branding, and design thinking.
The candidate will work on a team to brainstorm and develop concepts for clients, brands and share perspective on pop culture/new trends. Willingness to proactively provide fresh thinking on behalf of our clients is expected.
Qualifications
• Must submit a portfolio featuring Graphic Design skills to be considered
• Applicants should have a graduation date of December 2024 - June 2025
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator are a must
• PowerPoint and Outlook experience
• Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Must possess the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have ability to meet deadlines, and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Copywriting skills a plus
• Applicants must be able to work full-time at 40 hours per week

Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is $16. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
