Requirement: Staff Action Control Analyst (SACA)
Job Description:
Forge is seeking a Consultant to support the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) providing judicial security services and solutions in support of law enforcement activities and business support services in the role of Staff Action Control Analyst (SACA).
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):

  • Assess and assist with developing a tracking mechanism designed to monitor both internal and external requests for actions related to the JSOB mission.
  • Coordinate requests for actions related to the JSOB mission with internal and external stakeholders, FSO staff, and extended security partners to resolve issues and develop products to minimize security risk.
  • Assist with collecting, analyzing, and developing identified metrics (performance/effectiveness) to help shape analytical data outputs.
  • Serve as the JSOB operational conduit for all sixteen (16) JSOs and external agencies by receiving, consolidating, and disseminating requests and information to appropriate key staff and systematically tracking, updating, and follow-up on all actions using MS Office tools.
  • Assess and assist with developing and implementing a methodology for delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as required.
  • Assist with coordinating and maintaining JSO schedules, calendars, travel logistics, and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings with General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Protective Services (FPS), United States Marshals Service (USMS), and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) staff, as required.
  • Assist with oversight of program budgets (reviewing expenses, invoices, etc.)
  • Prepare and provide information briefs in the form of PowerPoints, Microsoft Excel reports, and/or meeting minutes, as well as executive briefs suitable for various levels of management within JSOB.
  • Serve as the property coordinator for the JSOB Chief, which includes the JSOs in line with applicable AO policies.
  • Provide research, analytics, and writing support as needed.
  • Support the JSOB Chief as needed or otherwise directed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years relevant work experience in the field or in a related area. Four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the next highest degree.
  • The contractor should have superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • The contractor should be competent in working autonomously with moderate direction and have proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically such as Word, Publisher Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
