- Conducting patient assessments, performing procedures such as catheterizations and cystoscopies, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing patient education and support
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and personalized care for each patient.
Skills Required for the Urology NP/PA Opportunity:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Oregon or eligible to obtain
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in urology (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on urological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Ability to perform urological procedures with precision and confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Dedication to staying current with advances in urological care through continuing education and professional development
