We are hiring immediately for full-time Warehouse Associates/ Forklift Operators. This role is the life support that keeps regional hospitals stocked. The items that are in your hands end up in the hands of doctors & nurses to help advance today's healthcare.

Shift:

• Multiple Shifts Available! 8-hour shifts.
• Overtime is available and Mandatory when necessary.

Compensation:

Core Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move, load, and unload materials in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Safely transport goods to designated areas within the facility.

Use reach trucks, lift trucks, clamp trucks, and order pickers to efficiently handle and organize inventory.

• Perform order picking and packing tasks as required.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kennesaw, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting (Required)Proficient in the use of various types of forklifts, including stand-up, reach trucks, lift trucks, clamp trucks, and order pickers.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including order picking, loading/unloading, and inventory management.
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and follow all safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage inventory.

Skills:

• Warehouse distribution experience.
• Reach truck operation skills.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as lift trucks and clamp trucks.
• Ability to load and unload materials using a forklift.
• Order picking experience.
• Familiarity with clamp truck operation for handling specific types of loads.
• Order picker skills for efficient inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving.

This position requires a reliable individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations and be able to operate various types of forklifts safely and efficiently.
