As a dynamic park attendant & sales associate, you'll be at the heart of ensuring FUN and EXCITEMENT for families visiting our bounce park. Engage with kids and teenagers, keeping the energy high through fun activities and dancing.

**RESPONSIBILITIES: **

- Maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor with guests and Team Members.

- Provide product recommendations based on guest needs.

- Introduce promotions and opportunities to guests.

- Operate registers for all guest transactions.

- Ensure a fun & safe environment within the park.

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.

- Assist in managing ongoing inventory.

- Support team lead in opening and closing park procedures.

- Contribute to a clean environment with some janitorial duties.

- Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.

**QUALIFICATIONS: **

- Must be 15 years of age or older.

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

- Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

- Comfortable engaging with large groups.

- 1-2 Years of Leadership Experience is a plus.

- Retail sales experience highly desired.

- Customer Service experience preferred.

- Strong leadership and motivational skills.

- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting a minimum of 20 pounds.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS: **

While performing essential functions, you must be able to:

- Stand for extended periods.

- Bend and reach.

- Lift, move, and retrieve materials.

- Pull, push, and lift.

- Reach both above and below shoulder height.

- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**SCHEDULE: **

- Primarily weekends & school holidays.

- Ability to commute/relocate to North East Mall- Hurst, TX.

**WORK LOCATION: **

North East Mall- 1101 Melbourne Rd. Hurst, TX

**PAY: **

Starting from $15.00 per hour.
