Position : Long term Contract
Position Description:
o Should have experience in Payroll.
o The HR Payroll consultant will work under the supervision of an OneERP Technical team lead.
o Related and responsibilities will include:
o Development of UNICEF field specific entitlements such as Hazard Pay, SOLA etc. as detailed in the blueprint.
o Development of retiree benefit module such as ASHI as detailed in the blueprint.
o Development in the HR payroll module as a result of implementation of new GL
o Development related to the PBC (Position Based Budgeting) module.
o Development of reports in the areas of payroll, benefits and HR administration areas.
o Integration of common functionality and services during the development process.
o Document all completed solutions and knowledge transfer to staff members in the team.
o Additional development work which includes but not limited to:
o Quality assurance of other developer's programs;
o Advice to other developer's on best practices.
The minimum qualifications required are:
o University degree in Business administration, Computer Science, Information systems management or related field.
o Minimum 5 of years of hands-on experience in programming, maintaining SAP HR applications including PA, PY, OM and TA modules.
o Hands on experience in developing or changing Payroll functions and rule operations.
o Hands on experience in enhancing and debugging payroll driver programs.
o Knowledge of SAP payroll tables such as RT, IT, WPBP, etc.
o Knowledge of SAP enhancement framework.
o Experience in writing technical specifications.
o Experience in testing procedures and protocols.
o Knowledge of payroll configuration a plus.
