Our nurses will be providing patient care services at a patient’s home. Through their great clinical and teaching skills, they will allow patients to heal in the luxury of their own home. Qualifications

Required:

· Current California LVN/LPN license

· Able to travel to prospective patient’s place of residence

· Able to stoop and bend; must be able to lift and transfer patients

Desired:

· Experience with a public health, home care, Home Health care, or hospital background

· Ability to demonstrate communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills

· Bilingual

Your Day to Day Activities

The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides clinical care to patients’ in their home. Their duties include:

· Ensures quality and safe delivery of Home Health care services.

· Collaborates with physicians, other agency staff and contract services to coordinate and implement the Plan of Care

· Promotes education for clients, client families, and the community.

· Completes all required documentation in accordance with the standards of the agency, and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
