As a KinderCare Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a solid foundation for their educational journey. Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior in the classroom
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in daycare, childcare, or as a babysitter
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education needs and behavior management techniques
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
