SalaryDescription:
We are seeking individuals to assist with our upcoming project, "The Box - Go Paperless." This project aims to digitize and organize our files for efficient access and storage. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can work diligently to complete the project. The project may run from 3 to 4 months.
Responsibilities:
- Organize physical files systematically for scanning.
- Scan documents using provided equipment and software.
- Convert scanned files into electronic formats.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of scanned documents.
- Utilize proficiency with Box software to upload digitized files to the designated electronic platform.
Requirements:
- Experience with file organization and scanning
- Proficiency in using scanning equipment and related software.
- Experience with Box software for document management and uploading preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy throughout the scanning process.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and categorize files effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the project site,
Additional Information:
- This position is project-based that may run from 3 to 4 months.
- No fingerprinting, TB tests, or other medical tests are required.
- Candidates must be able to start immediately. (Next week)
- Compensation for the position is set at $20 per hour.
Physical requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
