- Dates of coverage needed: 5/28 - 8/30 with possible ongoing extension

- Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification: Board Certified, CA State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification preferred
