JOB DESCRIPTION: Medical Center in Alaska is seeking a BC/BE Urgent Care Physician to join the team. New Graduates or Experienced Physicians welcomed. Flexible Schedule Available Provider will rotate between 3 clinic locations Provide oversight to Advanced Practitioners Competitive recruitment package included HOSPITAL: This hospital opened in January 2006, replacing the original that opened its doors in the 1930s. The new hospital is a state-of-the-art acute care hospital with an ICU, Emergency Department, birthing center, cardiac cath lab, well-equipped and fully digital OR with 4 rooms including daVinci and Hana modalities, an outpatient surgery center, and three outpatient centers. The medical center has about 100 physicians on active medical staff and a total medical staff of almost 200 physicians. We have a robust Hospitalist and an Intensivist program. COMMUNITY: The area is a suburban community and is the fastest growing one in the state.
