Full time 36 hours a week, in office
What you'll be working on:
- Acute care common concerns and procedures include: URI, bronchitis, chest pain, abdominal pain, back pain, acute mental health concerns, pelvic exams, STI diagnosis and treatment, laceration repair, I&D (abscess, bartholin's and pilonidal), splinting, ingrown toenail removal
- Management of patients 14 years old and up
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Providing patient care during evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work at least 3 holidays a year
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State license in New York, obtained by your One Medical start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary or Urgent Care setting, OR
- 1 year in an outpatient primary or Urgent Care setting coupled with a 1 year primary care fellowship

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $157,000 to $167,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
