Responsibilities: As an LPN in our Urgent Care unit , you will:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in our Urgent Care facility, ensuring rapid assessment and appropriate intervention for acute medical conditions and minor injuries.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver efficient and effective patient care, performing various medical procedures and administering treatments as necessary.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with patients, addressing their concerns and providing clear instructions regarding medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols.
- Work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple patients simultaneously, and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to urgent medical situations.
