We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Drive-Through Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who have at least 10 years of drive-through experience and possess exceptional leadership and customer service skills. As the Drive-Through Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our drive-through service, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the drive-through staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

- Ensure smooth and efficient drive-through operations, minimizing wait times and maximizing customer satisfaction

- Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency in order fulfillment

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and front-of-house staff, to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of orders

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-through area, including equipment and inventory

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines

- Monitor and analyze drive-through performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of drive-through experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Proficient in using drive-through technology and POS systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
