Duties:
Universal Bankers are one of the most visible representatives of a financial institution and thus the impression they make with customers is an important quality for developing and maintaining account relationships. You will help complete transactions, uncover financial needs, recommend products and services to help them meet their goals, open deposit accounts, and refer lending opportunities. With each interaction, you will ensure compliance with our policies, procedures, security requirements as well as government regulations.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional certificate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business preferred, or minimum of 1 year in a customer facing banking or credit union role is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in efficient personal organization and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Solid knowledge and history of performing teller functions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for working with new systems and software.
- Personal, reliable and available to work occasional Saturday mornings (with a comp day off).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
