Multiple Locations - On-site Work Position
As a Universal Banker, you’ll be the first person our friends and neighbors meet when they visit the bank, chat with us online, or talk to on the phone. Our commitment is focused on providing a quality, friendly and efficient customer experiences that exceed expectations.
Universal Bankers help customers in a variety of ways. They help process transactions, open accounts, field questions, and assist their local banking team. Another important responsibility of Universal Bankers, and all CSB employees, is to utilize and understand the products, services, and technology available to them. By utilizing this knowledge, Universal Bankers help customers make informed decisions that pair the appropriate products and services with their needs.
Qualifications: A successful Universal Banker III candidate must be an excellent communicator, a great teammate, have the ability to make informed decisions, and exercise sound judgement.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED. Previous banking or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Work Environment: Fast paced team environment.
