Job Title: Graphics Software Engineer / Unity 3D Developer
Location: Redmond, WA, USA
Duration: 12 months to begin with, most likely to extend up to 24 months

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, debug, profile AR software by using Unity C# script and shader, and C++ with native Graphics API, with focus on AR graphics workload and experiences.
- Execute and profile the AR graphics workloads on AR prototyping systems and existing mobile and XR consume devices.
- Build automation framework for graphics system analysis.
- Collaborate closely with AR experience designers, software engineers, graphics architect / system engineers to analyze and improve the end-to-end graphics stack.
Minimum Qualifications
- Background in Unity or Unreal gaming engines with script and shader programming experience.
- Familiarity with modern Graphics Pipeline, software stack and performance profiling tools.
- Strong experience in 3D graphics development, execution, and profiling.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl) and experience with automation of workload execution and profiling.
- Results oriented, self-motivated, proactive with demonstrated creative & critical thinking.
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- C/C++ programming skills with Graphics APIs like OpenGL, Vulkan or Direct3D.
- GPU Shader programming experience, like GLSL,HLSL, etc.
- Experience with VR/AR development, like Oculus VR and HoloLens AR apps and games.
- Experience with analyzing graphics pipeline performance in mobile, PC or game console products.
- Background in Unity content generation pipeline.
- Ability to operate autonomously, with only high-level direction.

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
