What you'll be doing day to day

As a Product Quality & Safety Specialist, driving growth and increasing customer satisfaction, you will: Enhance customer satisfaction and Product Quality & Safety experience across all channels throughout the customer journey. Lead Product Quality, safety, and compliance activities, serving as the main contact for related inquiries from the customer meeting point. Drive awareness and education on Product Quality, safety, and compliance, integrating them into unit priorities and business plans. Establish efficient processes for sales stopping, recalling, containing, and reporting deviations, fulfilling reporting obligations. Set and monitor goals for Product Quality, safety, and compliance KPIs, taking actions to improve identified deviations on behalf of the department and unit. Contributes to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of related experience. Knowledge of store operations. Understanding of how Product Quality, safety and compliance issues affect the IKEA Brand. PC / computer literacy (knowledge of MS Office with strong focus on Excel) Requirements Travel is required for this role. Less than 5% (1 day per month on average) Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying rarely (1-25lbs)
