Verde Valley Assisted Living located in Cottonwood, Arizona. We are 2 hours from Phoenix and Flagstaff and 30 minutes from Sedona! We provide a continuum of care for individuals that require traditional assisted living and support for their mental health needs, as well as, a dementia memory care unit. With separate units, we are equipped to support residents with two secured units added safety and security. Our rooms are open to the outdoors (no hallways) with amazing outdoor courtyards for our residents!
SIGN ON BONUS: $3000 (paid over time)
Responsibilities
• You will ensure that care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values and policies of Verde Valley AL and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements
• Position Highlights Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage to provide safe nursing care Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff
• Identify educational needs of the staff and plans, along with the Nurse Educator, a program to meet needs
Qualifications:
