he Unique Popula ions Coordina or is he primary poin of con ac for several key campus par ners for housing assignmen -rela ed i ems. hey perform complex program suppor func ions for assignmen s, ex ended s ay/early arrival reques s, rou ine audi s, s uden communica ion, and o her Housing and Residence Life processes for specific groups. hese groups include bu are no limi ed o: A hle ics, Living Learning Programs, In erna ional Programs, he In ensive English Program, early arrivals, la e s ays, Million Dollar Scholars, CAMP, HEP, Blue hunder Marching Band, Fra erni y and Sorori y Life, and Gradua e emporary Housing.

Join he office of Housing and Residence Life o coordina e on-campus housing assignmen s for s uden s from Unique Popula ions. his role will in erface regularly wi h campus par ners such as A hle ics, Living Learning Programs, In ensive English Program, and more. You will manage he alloca ion of housing and suppor s uden groups and campus par ners hrough he life cycle of assignmen s. In he fall erm, you will es ablish room blocks and key assignmen imelines wi h campus par ners. In he spring erm, you will suppor he housing applica ion launch and assignmen process flow. In he summer you will crea e room bookings for summer residen s and es ablish Unique Popula ions bookings ahead of he Academic Year. A key imes you will collec ex ended s ay and early arrival de ails for occupan s and be an impor an resource in managing summer ransi ion periods. • Process and audi billing o ensure accuracy in he housing da abase and paymen vendors for Campus Par ners and heir residen s.
• Coordina e wi h Campus Par ners o cap ure and main ain s uden da a in he housing da abase.
• Main ain da a in egri y o ensure smoo h applica ion and housing process for unique popula ions of s uden s.
• Look for ways o increase he efficiency of processes and recommend process improvemen s.
• Wri e documen a ion for procedures and ensure procedures are on an annual calendar.

Salary and Benefi s:
$46,051.20-53,539.20 annually ($22.14-25.74 per hour).
