Becoming an Elemy Preferred Partner
We know that it is critical to explore new ways to support BCBAs, so we all can provide as many children as possible the care they need, and we are looking for BCBAs to partner with on this journey. Entrepreneurial BCBAs who wish to prioritize delivering high-quality care on their own terms and have the autonomy to manage and control their own schedule, clinical network, patient load, and income, are ideal for this partnership. Elemy is looking to partner with BCBAs in existing ABA practices or who are interested in starting their own (with Elemy’s help).
If you want to start your own practice, Elemy will help provide the infrastructure and services necessary for a BCBA to set up and manage their own ABA practice. This includes access to clients, RBTs, technology, billing, and payor relationship management. In return, the BCBA coordinates client relationships, provides behavioral services and manages a small team of BT and RBTs with the option to further grow their practice over time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement effective ABA treatment plans and programs
Conduct initial and ongoing re-assessments of children virtually or in-person, contingent on payor guidelines
Select, manage, train and supervise a team of BT and RBTs and ensure the provision of high-quality services
Travel to client homes to provide in person DI supervision as needed and/or required by payors
Communicate with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to coordinate care delivery
Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Required:
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
Valid BCBA Certification
Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
Active FL Medicaid ID preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Successful completion of a background check
Ability to travel up to 35 min each way to client locations for DI supervision and caregiver training, as needed and/or required by payors
