Underground Cabling Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct survey using various tools and equipment
• Cable trenching by digging a trench or ditch in the ground in order to lay cables for fiber
• Maintain all proper safety protocols on construction and survey site
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project accuracy and completion
• Maintain survey equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role
• Must have experience in Telecommunications/MDU/Commercial Engineering
• Have solid experience with the principles and practices of fiber specific projects, network deployments and related fields
• Experience with CATV/ Broadband construction specifications
• Familiar using trenching tools
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to read and understand prints.
• 3+ years of experience in cable trenching/Underground Cabling

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
