We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.
Why Intern with the USTA?

The Role
This is a 8-week program from June 10th through August 1st.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM EST
Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Time Square Office.
Hourly rate: $17.00
Key responsibilities pertain to assist with Customer Care and Product Delivery projects in preparation of the US Open.

Responsibilities & Projects:
- Identify ways to improve customer experience on our digital platforms
- Discover solutions to minimize the need for people to contact Customer Care
- Aid in utilization of AI
- Assist with various projects for the Digital team with a focus on Customer Care
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Project management experience
- Intermediate to Sophisticated Analytical and presentation skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Experience with developing presentation decks (i.e. Powerpoint/or Google Slides)
- Attention to detail
- Capable of working independently and in a collaborative business environment
