Core Purpose: Advancing School Leadership—Enriching the Student Experience
The ISM Educational Technology team seeks an experienced school professional to join and enhance our team as an Enrollment Solutions Specialist. The position will work closely with the Unbound360 team to onboard, support, and enhance the experience of our client schools, ensuring successful use of the platform. This role works closely with our product team to provide excellent customer service, demonstrate and teach best practices in enrollment management related to use of the product, and seek opportunities for increased school adoption of Unbound360 technologies. The successful candidate possesses the ability to delight customers, think creatively and listen intently.
Responsibilities:
- Unleash the power of data to help schools uncover their enrollment and financial aid story, making data-driven decisions a cornerstone of their success
- Collaborate with client schools to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies that drive enrollment growth
- Foster strong relationships with customers by providing top-notch support and addressing any concerns and questions they may have
- Leverage your expertise to guide schools through the enrollment process, offering insights and recommendations that optimize their efforts
- Stay curious and continuously seek ways to improve the enrollment and financial aid experience for schools and families
- Attend relevant conferences to help represent, demo and support sales for ISM’s EdTech products
- Other duties may be assigned as required by workflow
Competencies:

- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable with technology platforms, including excel and web-based mapping platforms (Google Maps), Salesforce, Zoom, and other project management tools
- Familiarity with admission funnel data, and the ability to speak to school’s efforts to manage, maintain, or increase enrollment through various approaches

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in an independent school admission office (3 year minimum, preferred)
- Experience with and an understanding of the financial aid process, both from the school and parent perspectives
- A history of continued professional development in the field of enrollment management, admission, and financial aid
Travel
Some travel to conferences, school meetings, or other locations deemed necessary is required (approx 25%)
