Unarmed Security Guard- Flex Officers

Looking for Flex Officers to join our family.

Job Requirements:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Have an ACTIVE Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or APPLY for one IMMEDIATELY. You will not be offered an interview until you can provide proof of PERC application through IDFPR.
• Perform security services for clients, including serving as door staff and internal security to include but not limited to checking IDs, bag checks, and possible pat-downs / wanding BUT also interior and exterior patrols of the establishments as well as clearing lanes and doorways to prevent fire hazards.
• Be able to communicate well with High Net worth patrons, co-workers, and establishment employees.
• Be able to respond to emergency situations; contact emergency responders, such as police, fire, and/or ambulance personnel as required.
• Be able to prepare, write and submit nightly reports
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned i.e. (bus the tables, move furniture to make room for patrons, wipe up spills, etc.
• Have at least HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/ GED
• Have taken and passed the approved 20 Hour Unarmed Security Training Program given by IDFPR
• Have taken and passed the B.A.S.S.E.T. Certification given by Illinois Liquor Control Commission. If you do not have it completed by the date of the interview, then you will have 90 days to complete the certification course.

• Have a reliable means of transportation to and from work (i.e. personal vehicle or public transportation
• Saturday night shifts are MANDATORY

• Be able to comprehend and abide by all policies and practices.
