Seeking a Gatehouse Security Officer to become a part of our team at Victory Security Agency. The selected individual will perform strict access control and patrol duties on assigned premises to identify risks to protect life and property. Come join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Strict access control to protect the community and residents' privacy.
• Self-motivated and the ability to lead independently.
• Scheduling, payroll, and field training experience are a plus.
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, infractions of rules, and criminal activity.
• Communication skills to build strong relationships with management, residents, and guests alike.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment.
• Document duties thoroughly utilizing tablets and other electronic devices.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Report any community issues such as fire hazards and other maintenance-related issues.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations or criminal activity.

Qualifications:

• Valid D Security Officer License.
• Previous experience in security.
• Familiarity with access control protocols.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean cut, well-groomed appearance with high uniform standards in mind.
• Team Player and the ability to lead by example.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
