Job Responsibilities:
- Must be competent to proficient in: Abdomen (Aorta, IVC, Liver/Biliary, Pancreas, Spleen, and Renal. Both normal and Pathology).
- GYN (breast, ovaries, Adnexa, Uterus, Pelvis. Pathology and normal, post-menopausal, transvaginal, adult and pediatric).
- OB (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester, amniocentesis, complications, biophysical profile, gestational age, placental grading, abnormalities, IGUR, Uterus/Adnexa).
- Aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and intraoperative. Neonatal (congenital anomalies and neonatal head).
- Superficial structures (Abdominal wall, breast, focal masses, hematoma, scrotum & testes, thyroid.
- Vascular (Carotid duplex, segmental pressure studies, upper and lower extremity venous and arterial duplex).
- Canon i700; Meditech EMR, Fuji Synapse PACS
- Min 3 years experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
- ARDMS in 2 specialties: Abdomen, OB, or vascular.
- Active HI state license.
- Active BLS - must be AHA
- Floating to other units/departments.
- Ultrasound Cardiac, OB/GYN and small part, and Vascular.
