Ultrasound Technician

Job Description

Summary:

• Department: Ultrasound
• Shift Timings: 02:00pm - 10:00pm- Monday to Friday (5 days/8 Hours)
• Per Week: 40 Hours
• Need ARDMS Venous duplex to r/o DVT required

Schedule: Mon-Friday: 4-10pm every other weekend: from 7 am to 10pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

• ​The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound studies, demonstrating good judgment in the use and application of ultrasound equipment.
• The incumbent assesses the findings in the ultrasound examinations and assists the radiologist and staff physicians in interpreting the ultrasound studies.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
