Job Description:

As a UltrasoundTech, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic Ultrasoundprocedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operating Ultrasoundequipment to obtain diagnostic images of the patient's body
• Positioning patients correctly and providing clear instructions to ensure quality images
• Administering contrast agents as required and monitoring patients during procedures
• Evaluating images for quality and ensuring accurate documentation of results
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care
• Adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid ARDMS
• Certification in Ultrasound
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of recent UltrasoundTech experience
• Proficiency in operating general Ultrasoundequipment and related software
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work independently
