More about this role and you:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers and cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually stunning interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the entire design process, from concept development to final implementation, and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas across desktop and mobile.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive to use, and consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Communicates and collaborates with all disciplines necessary to deliver features on time, in line with the project direction, and with the end users' best interest in mind.
- Ensure UI/UX is optimal with continued iteration and development.
- Identifies priorities and gaps in current designs and data structures, and contributes to creative and technical solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Understanding of mobile design principles and platform-specific guidelines (iOS, Android).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with animation and motion design.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with user research methodologies.
