Job Description Summary
Conduct research on water use data in urban areas and other trends in hydrology and climate for faculty member in Fowler School of Enginereing.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include data analysis of water use, hydrology and climate for Southern California. This includes using large data bases, spreadsheets, GIS, R programs and presentation software. Other projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with or willing to learn various software for managing large data sets and presenting information and data (e.g., programming, GIS, Microsoft Office). Ability to work with all personality types and varying responsibilities. Professional and courteous demeanor. A team player who takes direction easily.
