Minimum Qualifications:

 

Graduation of an LPN program

 

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

BLS

 

One of the following:

• Current Alabama LPN license
• Current Multi State LPN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*

*Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

Associate degree

 

Working knowledge of area

 

Desired Licensure, Registration, Certification:

 

Advanced certifications such as IV

Responsibilities

Promotes and maintains the health of designated patients by implementing and assisting in coordination of quality patient care under the direction of an RN or physician. Incumbents are responsible for various shifts and may be subject to hours over 40/week with call back as required.
