Member Duties : Youth Mentors play a critical role in the success of the Academy. The Youth Mentor serves as a supportive and caring staff member, models appropriate and collegiate behavior, teaches workshops, tutors youth and encourages successful learning practices.   Program Benefits : Training ,  Education award upon successful completion of service ,  Stipend .    Terms :
