Twisting Machine Operator- Madison, Nc

The Twisting Operator will remove yarn packages from the machine pegs and place them into the twisting
bucket. The machine is threaded up, ends of yarn are air spliced together, and the tails of the yarn are clipped
with hand snips. The operator will press a foot pedal to engage the winding of the yarn onto the cone. The
operator will repair broken ends as needed, remove empty yarn tubes from buckets and place them onto the
machine peg, and doff the completed yarn package onto yarn buggies.
What is my earning potential?
We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $14.28 with top pay for this position at $15.87. In addition, our updated enhanced shift premiums $1.00 for 12 hour night shifts and $0.60 for 8 hour night shifts.
Do you offer flexible shifts?
We do! We now offer full time 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule for these positions. We have both day and night shifts available.
