Responsibilities:
- Should have development experience in C, PRO*C, and Tuxedo.
- Should be an individual contributor.
- Should be able to deliver projects in C/C++/Pro*C independently and effectively.
- Should own the deliverables in each phase of the Software Development Lifecycle starting from Requirement analysis to Warranty support.
- Should be familiar with the Pharmacy domain.
- Should have very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have sound communication skills and be capable of convincing customers.
- Should have strong leadership skills with the ability to drive the offshore team to meet customer requirements.
- Should have development experience in Agile development methodology.
- Should be flexible in providing weekend support.
- Should be able to coordinate with internal and external teams.
