At Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests' satisfaction by offering exceptional service at our Turnstand.
About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:
Bandon Dunes is a world-class Golf Resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, will open in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

\uD83C\uDF7D️ Your Primary Duties:
- Prepare the Turnstand for opening, following our company procedures and ensuring an adequate supply of inventory. Procure additional supplies as needed.
- Greet guests with a warm smile and pleasant demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Cook and rotate hot dogs, brats, and other items, ensuring our food is fresh and delicious.
- Handle all cash and credit card transactions according to our standard operating procedures, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Promptly report any guest complaints to your supervisor, ensuring swift resolution.
- Perform side work, clean-up, and closing duties as assigned, maintaining a clean and organized Turnstand.
- Count and balance the cash drawer and receipts at the end of the day, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Maintain daily inventory and records, keeping track of stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
- Comply with tipping reporting requirements as necessary.
- Adapt to any other duties as appropriate to support the smooth operation of the Turnstand and provide exceptional service to our guests.
\uD83D\uDD11 Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server for at least one year is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, handle multiple duties efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and impeccable appearance.
- Stamina to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend, and kneel for up to five hours at a time.
- Capability to lift to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.

- This role may involve working days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends. You will be exposed to various environmental conditions, including both indoor and outdoor settings. Please be aware that safety protocols and practices must be strictly followed to mitigate potential hazards, such as inclement weather, chemicals, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and golf balls.
