Position Summary
Individual must be able to develop, prepare, and maintain System Turnover Package(s), punch list, exception lists, CCC and Client Acceptance documentation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate walk downs to ensure the completion of construction activities in assigned systems, prepare, and maintain punch and exception lists to ensure the readiness of systems for turnover to the client for startup.
- Generate and ensure all necessary supporting documentation is in place and complies with the requirements of the client and company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Interface with the client, construction management, and operations personnel in a professional manner to efficiently facilitate system handovers.
- Help promote the importance of safety and quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience (if no school)
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar software.
- Ability to read P&ID, Isometric, Electrical drawings, And QA/QC documentation.
