The Turbine Module Design Engineers with a Design Focus are
component owners of hardware to be designed or modified; includes
responsibility for all aspects of design - mechanical design,
model/drawing definition, creating a bill of materials and releasing
into PLM, supporting hardware procurement and manufacturing /
assembly support. Work with Drafting, Sourcing & Manufacturing,
and coordinate interfaces across Aero, Heat Transfer, and Materials,
and Design teams.
Will interact with different teams such as Supply Chain and
Manufacturing. Potential to be a component/hardware
owner/specialist. While this is a design focus, candidate should still
have enough analytic competency to work on models.
