To ship, Receive and Package quality product with accuracy to our customers with K.W requirements while keeping inventory integrity
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Previous production or woodworking experience is preferred
Qualifications and Skillsets
- Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and keep your team engaged
- Multi-task
- Computer literate
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret general information and follow instructions
- Effectivity communicate and listen to the thoughts and ideas of all team members
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and millimeters
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to identify an issue, determine the root cause, and work with the team members to resolve the issue
- Ability to execute established safety policies and procedures
- Quality oriented and high attention to detail
- Good attendance is vital
Activity Center Demands
- Ability to lift over 75 lbs. on a regular basis with proper lifting technique
- Summer Climate, gets up to 90 degrees in the warehouse
- Winter Climate, gets down to 50 degrees in the warehouse
- Moderately Quiet
- Light Dust
- Must wear safety glasses when around the machinery
- Ear plugs are optional

Essential Responsibilities to this Position
Overseeing and assisting the following tasks:
- Restock Materials
- Pull trim
- Assist Cycle Counting
- Sweeping and cleaning C.S.L.1
- Remove / replace wood, banding and trash cans
- Breaking PFP pallets apart
- Cleaning plywood packs off for stocking
- Rotating stock material
- Restocking material by hand and forklift
- Maintain daily fork lift check list
- Maintain battery water level on ride
- Insure ride is plugged in and charged daily
- Assisting any CSL 1 team member
- Performing the following:
- Stand up stock for CSL 1
- Back up Tugger 1
- Adjustments of inventory
- Changing roles depending on day needs
- Meeting unit standards for activity center
- Meeting CSL1 packaging standards
- Maintaining requisition for inventory
- Maintaining inventory of material
- Maintain supplies in packaging area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.28 per hour
