Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate various types of trucks, including dump trucks, tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and tankers

- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment

- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe transportation

- Plan routes and schedules to meet delivery deadlines

- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or repair needs

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Skills:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role

- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations

- Ability to operate heavy equipment as needed

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations on the road

- Basic automotive repair knowledge is a plus

- Comfortable operating vehicles with manual transmissions
