Our technical internship allows you the opportunity to be a part of a collaborative team that is helping to solve our client's most complex issues. Throughout GDIT's 10-week summer internship program, you will work on innovative projects that touch areas such as software development, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and IT support, and other related areas depending on your background and interest. - Develop new applications and services and be a major contributor to migrating existing applications and services to new solutions
- Maintain and support existing applications
- Work closely with others in an iterative development environment
- Provide operational user support
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in United States accredited college or university
- At least 1 semester of study remaining after August 2024
- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of software development best practices
- Understanding of software development lifecycle fundamentals
- Experience with application development
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance is required
