Our Truss Design Trainee Program is a unique opportunity to learn a new career in Truss Design while also getting paid. If you love playing video games and have a knack for learning computer software, this is a great opportunity for you! We are looking for motivated and career-minded individuals with a love for working with computers and a great positive, can-do attitude! Strong attention to detail, math, and computer skills, along with the ability to see 3-D are a must! We will teach you how to interpret Construction Plans, design the Floor and Roof System utilizing a BIM software and work hand in hand with architects, engineers, and customers all while earning $16 per hour.
Once trained your Truss Designs will be used by our manufacturing plant to build the structure to someone's future home.
**Those chosen to move to the next step will be contacted to come in for a Skills Evaluation Test. These tests will be given on Monday, Dec 4th at 11am.
