OX Trucking is seeking a Trucking Dispatcher in our Denver office. The Trucking Dispatcher plays a crucial role in coordinating transportation services to efficiently meet client needs. This position encompasses several key responsibilities aimed at ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain individual client folders within the OX Trucking Shared Folder, ensuring structured and secure information storage.

· Maintain accurate and comprehensive Client Information Sheets for each client.

· Collaborate with the General Manager to liaise between clients and Independent Haulers (IHs), gathering daily job details and assets information.

· Input job details into the FleetWatcher system and execute dispatch procedures.

· Provide accessible tracking information to clients and proactively address any issues that arise.

· Utilize the Daily Tracker to input job details and maintain accurate financial records.

· Request and compile tickets from haulers, updating the Daily Tracker and maintaining ticket records.

· Oversee new driver onboarding, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

· Maintain driver files and equipment records.

· Conduct daily verification of Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports to ensure compliance and safety standards.

· Manage Independent Haulers new contracts and optimizing operational efficiency.

· Prioritize daily in-office sales calls and outreach initiatives.

· Generate new leads through strategic sales initiatives and submit comprehensive sales reports to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

· Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

· Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation operations.

· Proficiency in computer systems and software, including FleetWatcher and JJ Keller.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Ability to remain focused in a busy environment.

· Proven experience operating a standard commercial vehicle/truck.

· Working knowledge of construction site safety, commercial vehicle/truck maintenance, and road safety regulations is a plus!

Work Schedule and Availability:

Standard in-office hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. On-call availability is required during non-office hours, including weekends, to promptly address operational issues and ensure continuous efficiency.

Total Compensation:

The hiring range for this position is $55K - $65K, (depending on experience).

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
