Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Moves trailers from shop to distribution center or between plants as needed.
- Maintains daily log of activities.
- Assists with Regional deliveries when needed.
- Follows Company and FMCSA safety guidelines.
- Maintains a daily DOT log as required.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area with good communication skills.
- Trailer washouts and inspections performed daily or as needed.
Job Specifications
- Class A CDL and maintain a clean MVR required.
- Minimum six months OTR experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Regular attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to lift and move 50LBS continually throughout shift.
- Work schedules are subject to change and are based on company need.
Working Conditions
- Yard Environment.
- Outside all weather conditions.
- Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend
