Overview: Joseph’s Junk Removal is a junk removal servicing Atlanta and the surrounding areas. Our services range from cleaning out a garage, hauling away construction debris, gutter clean outs and tearing down old sheds. Founded in 2019, we have quickly become the largest locally owned and operated junk removal company in Atlanta and the southeast. At our core, we are a “Leadership Development, Sales, and Customer Service business specializing in junk removal.”

Below is what we have to offer:

Compensation Package:

• Minimum Hourly Pay: $15-21/hr
• Tips, Weekly KPI Bonus, Weekly Production Bonus
• $300 Signing Bonus after Completion of 4 Week Probationary Period
• 401k 3% Match

Responsibilities:

• Arrive to work each day with a positive attitude and ready to learn, work hard, and overcome challenges
• The Morning Meeting is at 7am; Team Members are expected to arrive 15 minutes early to clock in.
• Uniform is a Company shirt, Company hat, khaki pants, brown belt, and boots.
• Participate in washing and detailing trucks
• Complete Truck Inspection and Equipment Checkout
• Safely Operate Truck
• Load and Off Load Donations and Recyclables at appropriate sites
• Complete all tasks listed for the On the Job & End of Day Checklist
• Clear out truck cab of all trash and wipe down inside of cab before leaving the truck for day
• Help the Sales Leader complete, and learn to fill out, the End of Day Report (EODR)
• Any other duties as assigned by an Senior Sales Lead, Operations Manager in Training, Operations Manager, or Brand President

Basic Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift over 100 lbs. easily and be able to carry ladders safely
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be 18 or older

1st 12 Weeks of Training Snapshot:

• Complete and Pass Joseph’s Junk Removal History Quiz within the first 4 weeks
• Read the book “Extreme Ownership” by Jocko Willink and pass the Extreme Ownership Quiz within the first 4 weeks
• Read the book “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins in the first 7 weeks and write up 3 takeaways to share with Mentor
• Read the book “The Defining Decade” by Dr. Meg Jay in the first 7 weeks and write up 3 takeaways to share with Mentor
• Memorize the Mission Statement, Guiding Principle, and Who Are We
• Learn how to complete End of Day Report
• Complete Personal Goal Setting document

• Navigator: $21/hr
• Sales Leader: $26/hr
• Senior Sales Leader: $29/hr
• Operations Manager in Training: $33
• Operations Manager: $65k-95k per year
