1. **Earning Potential:**
- Solo drivers average around $7,000 weekly gross with approximately 2,800 miles.

3. **Truck Age Limit:**
- Trucks up to 15 years old are acceptable.
4. **Onboarding Process:**
- An initial power-only load from the driver's home to the company's yard is arranged to help drivers earn from the beginning.
- Once on board, drivers will receive ELD and signage and pick up a new Hyundai dry van trailer along with their first load.
